There is no prescribed religious or spiritual framework. The language, atmosphere and rituals are adapted to your values, personalities and intentions.
The purpose is not to perform a tradition for its own sake, but to create a moment that is genuinely meaningful to you.

The Essential experience is designed for couples who want an intimate symbolic union without the additional planning involved in a larger celebration.
It follows Awakund's established ceremonial approach, personalized through conversations about your relationship, your journey and your intentions.
Using our existing collection of ceremonial objects and decorative elements, we create a simple, personal altar within a suitable space provided by you.
The focus remains on the ceremony itself: the words, the symbolism and the commitment you are choosing to express.

What’s included
Practical details
The ceremony takes place in a suitable private location provided by the couple.
The €888 fee includes Awakund's standard ceremony preparation, altar styling, materials, local transportation within Ubud, setup and facilitation.
Venue rental, external suppliers, professional floral installations and special production are not included. Ceremonies outside Ubud may incur additional travel and production expenses.
The Curated Union

A personal ceremony in a carefully selected setting.
Signature combines Awakund's established ceremonial approach with a curated choice of locations and visual settings.
Rather than starting the planning process from scratch, you choose between two environments inspired by Bali's natural landscape. We help you explore suitable spaces from our selected shortlist and adapt the ceremony to the atmosphere you prefer.
This experience offers more time for the ceremony, the possibility of including additional rituals, and the participation of a small group of people close to you.

Signature is designed as an intimate ceremony without professional event infrastructure. If your vision requires extensive sound equipment, catering, complex installations or multiple suppliers, we can explore a Bespoke experience.

An experience created entirely around your vision.
Bespoke is for couples who want to create something beyond our established ceremony formats and curated locations.
It may begin with a particular place, a personal idea, a shared passion, or a vision for how you would like to mark your commitment.
Rather than adapting an existing ceremony structure, we develop the concept from the beginning: exploring the location, atmosphere, rituals and experiences that best express what you have in mind.
A Bespoke Union may extend beyond the ceremony itself, incorporating meaningful activities before or after the celebration.
03 BESPOKE
Depending on your vision, your experience may involve:
Research and selection of a distinctive or unconventional location.
An original ceremony concept, narrative and symbolic rituals.
A specially designed altar or ceremonial setting.
Personal experiences or workshops for the couple.
Activities that bring family or friends into the celebration.
Moments of reflection, connection or shared creativity before or after the ceremony.
Research and coordination of appropriate collaborators, including musicians, photographers, catering or technical suppliers.
An extended or multi-part ceremonial experience.
These are possibilities, not a fixed package. Every Bespoke Union is developed around an agreed brief.
What we can create together
How it works
We begin with a conversation about your ideas, priorities and expectations.
From there, Awakund develops a creative direction and defines the scope of the experience, including the planning, research, ceremony design, facilitation and coordination required.
A tailored proposal is then prepared, separating Awakund's professional fees from venue costs, materials, external suppliers, travel and other production expenses.
Professional fees start at €2,222 and vary according to the scope and complexity of the experience.
